Setup checklist

Playback setup

• Open Playback on MacBook and sign in Make sure you're on the Rehoboth organization account
• Open this Sunday's setlist Setlists menu → top right → find today's date
• Confirm all songs have correct BPM and key Especially check Malayalam songs — these are entered manually
• Confirm Infinite Loop is on for every song Tap each song tile → check Infinite Loop toggle
• Confirm pad is set to correct key for each song Tap song tile → check key matches what the band is playing in
• Turn off "Start Pad with Song" in General Settings This lets you pre-roll the pad before the click starts for key transitions
• Confirm MIDI mapping on Looptimus is correct Play / Pause, Fade Out, Next Song, Prev Song, Infinite Loop, Pad On/Off
• Save setlist to cloud Setlists menu → Save to Cloud

Audio routing

• Connect MacBook headphone out to Radial Pro D2 3.5mm TRS to dual 1/4" TS cable. Left → Ch 20 (click), Right → Ch 21 (pad)
• Engage ground lift on both DI channels Prevents hum from MacBook power supply
• Set MacBook output volume to 75% Not maxed — avoids distortion. Trim at the board if needed.
• Confirm Ch 20 and 21 are sending to Buses 4, 5, and 6 So all Xvive vocalists receive click and pad
• Confirm Ch 20 and 21 are in the UltraNet feed So P16 users can pull up click (Ch 16) and pad (Ch 15) on their personal mixer
• Confirm click (Ch 20/Bus 9) is NOT routed to main L/R Click should never reach the congregation

Soundcheck

• Play first song in Playback and confirm click is in everyone's ears Check with drummer first — they need it loudest
• Do a talkback check with the full band Speak at normal conversational volume on the MD mic. Confirm everyone hears it clearly.
• Run through a key transition to check pad pre-roll Fade song A → tap pad on → let vocalists find the key → hit play for song B
• Confirm Xvive vocalists have Mixing Station open and their bus selected Stage Left → Bus 4, Center → Bus 5, Right → Bus 6
